Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Wingo Analyzer (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services at wingoanalyzer.app. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The operator and data controller for the App is Wingo Analyzer. You can reach us at support@wingoanalyzer.app.
2. Summary
- Predictions run on your device. The digits and history you enter for analysis are processed locally to generate colour predictions. We do not send that prediction input to our servers or third-party AI providers for the core predict feature.
- Most session data stays on your phone. Prediction history, stats, and notification inbox are stored locally unless a feature explicitly syncs data when you are signed in.
- We do not read your game account. You manually enter winning digits from your game. We do not log in to third-party colour-prediction or casino apps on your behalf.
- Payments go through Apple or Google. We receive subscription status from the store, not your card number.
- Save to gallery is optional. You can export a stats image to your photo library or share it via your device’s share sheet. The image is created on your device and saved when you tap the button; we do not upload it to our servers or browse your existing photos.
3. Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in with Google or email, we may receive identifiers such as your user ID, email address, and display name as supplied by the authentication provider.
- Content you provide. Winning digits, algorithm mode (1 Min / 30 Sec), optional period numbers, win/loss marks, and related inputs you choose to enter. This is used to run on-device analysis and to show history and stats on your device.
- On-device storage. Prediction results, history (including optional Wingo period IDs), usage counters, notification inbox copies, app preferences, and similar data may be stored in local device storage (for example SharedPreferences or equivalent).
- Subscription and entitlement data. When you purchase or restore a plan, we store subscription tier and usage-limit state locally and, if you are signed in, may sync entitlement and purchase-ownership records to our backend (Firebase Firestore) to prevent abuse and restore access across sessions on the same account.
- Notification preferences. If you use notification settings, we store your choices (such as marketing, daily reminder, prediction, billing, and support categories) on your device and, when signed in, may sync them to Firestore.
- Push notification tokens. If push notifications are enabled and you are signed in, we may store a device messaging token (FCM) so we can deliver optional remote notifications. You can control categories in the App settings.
- Local scheduled reminders. If you enable Daily Reminder, the App schedules notifications on your device using local notification APIs. These reminders are not sent from our servers; scheduling happens on-device.
- Device and technical data. We may collect or receive device type, operating system version, app version, language, connectivity state, analytics events, and crash or diagnostic reports through Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar tools used to operate and improve the App.
- Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase and renewal status from the store to unlock Pro features. We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Stats images (optional). If you use Share or Save to gallery on the Stats screen, the App builds a PNG image from your on-device stats (for example win/loss counts and summary figures) and either opens your device’s share sheet or saves the image to your photo gallery (in a “Wingo Analyzer” album where supported). This happens only when you tap those actions.
4. How we use information
- To provide on-device prediction analysis, history, stats, and related App features.
- To authenticate you, manage your account, and sync entitlements where sign-in is used.
- To validate subscriptions, restore purchases, and enforce plan limits through the applicable store.
- To deliver optional push or local notifications according to your preferences.
- To show an in-app notification inbox and badge counts for messages you receive while using the App.
- To let you share or save a stats summary image when you choose Share or Save to gallery.
- To improve stability, measure feature usage, detect crashes, and roll out app updates (including Remote Config).
- To respond to support requests and send important service notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
5. On-device predictions and what we do not collect
Wingo Analyzer’s colour predictions for Wingo 1 Min and 30 Sec are generated on your device from the digits and context you provide. That prediction input is not uploaded to our servers for the standard predict flow.
We do not automatically access, scrape, or log in to third-party game platforms (such as 91 CLUB, Tiranga, DiuWin, or similar apps). Any game history used by the App is information you choose to type or paste in.
Estimated Wingo period numbers and countdowns shown in the App are calculated locally on your device for convenience and are not guaranteed to match every third-party game display.
6. Third-party services
We use infrastructure and services that may include:
- Google Firebase — authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and In-App Messaging.
- Google Sign-In — optional account sign-in.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app subscriptions, billing, and subscription management.
- Flutter local notifications — on-device scheduled daily reminders when enabled.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy and the applicable store policies.
7. Notifications
- Local daily reminders — scheduled on your device if you turn on Daily Reminder (also requires the Marketing preference where applicable). No account with us is required for the schedule itself.
- Remote push (FCM) — optional messages we may send for categories you allow (for example product updates, billing, or support). Received messages may be saved to a local in-app notification inbox on your device.
- You can change notification preferences in the App (Account → Notification preferences) and through your device system settings.
8. Share and save to gallery
From the Stats screen you may optionally share or save to gallery a branded stats poster image. The image is generated on your device from your local prediction history and stats. We do not upload that image to our servers.
- Save to gallery — when you tap this, the App writes the generated image to your photo library using your device’s built-in media APIs (typically in a “Wingo Analyzer” album). On most Android devices this saves directly without a separate photos permission prompt. We do not read, scan, or upload your existing gallery photos.
- Share — uses your device’s system share sheet; whichever app you pick (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) handles the image under that app’s own privacy policy.
- Saved images remain in your gallery until you delete them from your device. We do not access your gallery except to save the image you requested.
9. Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR or similar frameworks apply, we process personal data on bases that may include: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service, where not overridden by your rights), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example optional notifications).
10. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Prediction history and notification inbox data stored on your device remain until you clear App data, uninstall the App, or use in-app clear/delete options where available. Server-side entitlement and preference records for signed-in users are retained while your account remains active or as needed for billing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
11. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. Subscription management and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google when you use their billing flows.
12. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or safeguards.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to data portability. You can:
- Clear local history and notifications within the App where those options exist.
- Turn off notification categories in App settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
- Skip Save to gallery if you do not want a stats image stored on your device.
- Delete saved stats images from your device’s Photos or Gallery app at any time.
- Delete your account or request assistance by emailing support@wingoanalyzer.app.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority where applicable.
14. Children
The App is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law in your country (including where that age is 18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at support@wingoanalyzer.app and we will take steps to delete it where appropriate.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
16. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at wingoanalyzer.app/privacy.html and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
